1st Preschool Day

Grace spent the morning trying out a preschool here in town. This was the first time she's been to something like this, so I was apprehensive. Her teacher said she did well and even made friends with the only other girl in the class. They even went to a cheerleading class together. She came home and slept for 2 1/2 hours.

Later we made cookies for a playdate. A reward for her good behavior.

Birthday Crown

Grace received a birthday package in the mail from Uncle Dave, Aunt Lindsey and Baby Morgan. Grace opened the box, took out the Precious Moments figurine (put her to bed on the shelf in her room) then took the band from around the box and wore it as a crown. Nothing goes to waste around here.

Birthday Party #3

We made it to Grandma and Grandpa's around midnight Thursday. Grace played a little, then went for a sound sleep. She was a late sleeper every morning we were there...oh so nice for mom and dad. Friday, Parker came, and they played and played. It snowed Friday, so some of the guests for the party on Saturday couldn't make it.

Grace got lots of gifts and ate lots of cake. We left Sunday afternoon, and she was asleep before we made it to the interstate...about 15 minutes.

Grace had cake and ice cream for her playgroup birthday party Friday before her birthday. She got great gifts and had a good time. Later we had a tea party with the tea cookies she received earlier.
