Besides jumping, Grace loves to sing. She also can now get onto her rocking horse by herself. Here, she is singing along with the horsie song while she rocks.

Going on a Bear Hunt

We joined a playgroup for SAHM who don't want to spend a lot of money meeting other families. We have been to a few other members' houses to play so far. This day we meet in the open space of Ms. Lisa's neighborhood and went on a bear hunt and picnic. The children followed bear tracks to find their new bears hidden in the gazebo. It was a sunny, warm day, and we played outside for a few hours.
Computer Genius

We play Grace's cd's in the computer when she is upstairs playing. She likes to watch the weird shapes the Media Player screen will make. She always manages to press just the right button to mess something up.
She loves the Fisher-Price Little People and their cd as well. She knows and sings all of the songs.
Grace the Terrible
Grace loves to harass the cats. She will run after Prissy saying "no, no Prissy" or "Prissy, come play with Gracie". She will also try to give them her sippy saying "Bluey needs some milk". Usually, they just stay out of her way,

March comes in like a lion and goes out like a ?

What kind of weather are we having next? Saturday and Sunday were in the very high 70's and sunny. We played outside most of the day. Grace meet a three year old across the street named Lilly. There are many kids on our street, but we rarely see them.
Almost every house has a swing set, toys or something indicating a child lives there, but we never see anyone. We've been told that no one really comes out until it gets closer to summer.
Very strange. In Buffalo, everyone would be out if we had a 50' day in March. This is what happens, I guess, when you have nicer weather for longer. We need to see some kids. It's a little erie without them.
From 30's to 60's

On Friday it was much warmer but very windy. I has been very windy here lately with gusts to 25 mph many days. Also, we live on a hill with almost no trees around, so we sometimes get blown away more. Grace tried to paint today, but the wind kept blowing everything off the table. Finally she gave up and played in the sand.
Our Second Snowfall

A few weeks ago it snowed pretty hard one evening, and we had a few inches of snow the next morning. Nothing major. Then Sunday/Monday of this week, we had about 6 inches. Schools were cancelled Monday and Tuesday and some on Wednesday. The snows are pretty here because usually it is sunny the days following the snow. It is pretty and white, then the snow melts before it turns grey and ugly. We did not go out. Snow is snow no matter where you live.
