This was our first chance to get to see a televised UGA football game this year. Grace was all decked out in her UGA attire (courtesy of Parker) with her UGA blanket for added support. She supported the team by yelling "touchdown" and "all right" (or anything else we said).

Dentist Visit #2
So after the dental assistant's exam and brushing, I asked when she would get the real thing. I was told not until 3-4 years of age...but since she was doing so well, we could try her in the big chair. I asked Grace if she wanted to sit in the big girls' chair, and she nodded yes. So we put her laying down on her back with her head on the pillow. The assistant then just opened her mouth and examined her teeth...Grace was fine. Then she took out the rotary brush, and Grace started whining. But she didn't cry and she didn't try to get away. She ended up with about a 30 second brushing, which was a long time, according to the assistant. As soon as the brush stopped, Grace sat up and started talking.
She was a big girl after all.
Shower for New Baby Oddy
Only a few more weeks until there is another little Dan and Dave in the world. We all wonder how much she will resemble Grace or if the Miller genes will win the baby battle.

More Jump
Grace likes to run around the ottoman and jump off the floor pillows. Sometimes its more of a step than a jump. She will do it over and over while saying and signing "more". Our clapping and saying "more" keeps her going.
Bye Bye Lake
More Lake
Canadaigua Lake
We had the privilege of spending the holiday weekend at our friends' cottage on the lake. We had our own room, and the house was right on the lake. Grace loved the water and the kayak. Dan had to take her out numerous times. She also got a short motor boat ride that was not long enough for her taste. When we stopped, she kept saying and signing "more boat". She was a cute baby with the wind blowing through her hair.
